There is a living room on each floor of the house. The upper one (in top photo) consists of 2 seating areas and is equipped with Sat TV, DVD, VCR, CD player and Jotul fireplace. This has a series of double opening french windows and can be totally opened up to allow the fresh sea breeze to cool the house in summer . The double doors of kitchen can be opened as well giving excellent cross-ventilation.

On the lower level there is another living room adjoining the swimming pool. This area is lovely and cool in summer and perfect for an after lunch break from the sun, or cool place to read the newspaper. There are Bose speakers in both living rooms from the CD player upstairs.
